Denny Wong

Mr. Denny pursued his legal studies since 1998 and graduated with Bachelor of Law with Honours from University of London (External) in 2004. He was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2008 and subsequently to the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in 2011.
He read in the Chambers of Mr. V. Vijakumar at Messrs Albar & Partners, specialising in banking and commercial litigation. He continued at Messrs Albar & Partners under the Corporate and Commercial Department, actively involved in debt capital markets, structured finance, project finance, REITs, corporate banking, M&A, IPOs and privatization projects.
Apart from corporate and commercial law, banking and finance and real estate property law, he handles probate & administration, family matters, hire purchase claims, recovery actions, landlord-tenant disputes and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Denny also delivers lectures and seminars on current law developments to the public, bankers and various agencies.

Brandon Ho

Mr. Brandon Ho graduated with Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, Australia and obtained Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the same University. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Australia on 27th April 2009.
He served his pupilage with Alvin Wong & Partners and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak on 5th March 2010. Mr Brandon Ho has vast experience in conveyancing matters including land matters, having handled projects from developers such as Hock Peng Realty, Ibraco Berhad, Naim Holdings Berhad and Kenbest Sdn. Bhd.
He has brought in developers including Ibraco Berhad, 7th Avenue Development, Sentoria Group Berhad and RJ Realty Sdn. Bhd. Panel solicitor for Landbase Realty, KPJ Healthcare Berhad, and ad hoc panel for AmBank, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Alliance Bank and LPPSA.

Allyse holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from UiTM (2022). She completed pupillage in the Chambers of Mr. Willis Wong at Messrs. Willis Angela Company and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak on 11th February 2024.
She specialises in conveyancing — Sale and Purchase transactions, dealings with developers, financial institutions, land and survey departments, and government agencies.

Harris Kueh

Harris is a Legal Associate based at our Padungan conference office, where he assists the Managing Partner, Mr. Denny, with contentious litigation matters.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London (2023) and completed the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2024. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in April 2026.
During pupillage at Messrs. Alex, Jason & Co under Mr Alex Ngu, Harris gained experience across judicial review, removal of caveat, divorce, contractual disputes, and construction matters — bringing strong advocacy, legal research, and courtroom preparation to client matters.
